Our Distressed Furniture line is intentionally designed with marks, chips, and wear patterns to create a vintage and antique aesthetic — these are part of the design, not damage.
We thoroughly inspect all products before shipping to maintain the highest level of quality.
⚠️ Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear due to regular use.
Small cuts, scratches, or dents from misuse or accidents.
Improper cleaning, use of harsh chemicals, or non-standard maintenance.
Damage from incorrect installation or assembly by the customer.
Cracks caused by movement, relocation, or structural shifts.
Fading or color changes due to prolonged direct sunlight exposure.
Decay or warping due to continuous exposure to water or moisture.
Upholstery fabrics, including seat covers (no warranty).
Unevenness of up to 5 mm, which is standard due to natural floor and surface variations.
Modified or altered products — any post-purchase alteration voids the warranty.
To claim warranty service, the product must be shipped back to our facility by the customer for inspection and repair/replacement.
