Refunds & Cancellation

At Wooden Homz, every piece of furniture is custom-made with care, precision, and attention to detail. Since our items are handcrafted to order, we begin production immediately after your payment is confirmed.
However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or modify your order, and we aim to make that process as simple and fair as possible.


🕓 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement with a 5% deduction (to cover payment gateway charges).

  • Product changes or modifications can be requested within 48 hours of order placement.

  • Once manufacturing has begun, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged (to cover material and production costs).

  • If the order has already been shipped, a cancellation fee of up to 50% may apply, depending on the situation.

We value customer satisfaction and will always try to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible.

🪵 Damages & Issues

We take utmost care during production and delivery. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately upon delivery.
Our team will inspect the issue and arrange for a suitable resolution or replacement at the earliest.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Custom-made or bespoke furniture (personalized or made-to-order pieces)

  • Special order or custom finish products

  • Items returned due to change of mind

  • Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized installation

  • Items that do not fit due to incorrect doorway/stairway measurements

  • Sale items and gift cards

We strongly recommend measuring your entrance and installation space before placing an order to avoid size-related issues.


🔁 Exchanges / Replacements

We offer replacements of the same product in case of verified transit damage or manufacturing defects.
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, a new replacement will be dispatched automatically.

For reverse pickup:

  • Customers are required to pack the product securely for pickup.
