1️⃣ Orders and Payments
Orders for customized furniture require a 50% advance payment to begin production.
The remaining 50% payment must be made before the scheduled dispatch date.
Orders will only be confirmed after the initial payment is received.
Failure to complete full payment before dispatch may result in order cancellation and forfeiture of the initial payment.
2️⃣ Customized Furniture
Wooden Homz specializes in creating custom-made solid wood furniture.
Customers must provide accurate specifications and details when placing custom orders.
Any changes to the design, size, or finish must be communicated in writing and may incur additional charges.
3️⃣ Delivery
An estimated delivery date will be provided upon order confirmation.
Standard products: 3–5 weeks for dispatch.
Customized products: 3–6 months for dispatch (depending on design and finish).
Some products may take longer due to material or design complexity.
The final 50% payment must be made before delivery is scheduled.
Delivery charges may apply and will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access at the delivery location.
Wooden Homz will not be liable for any damage occurring after successful delivery.
4️⃣ Cancellations and Refunds
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement, subject to a 10% cancellation fee of the total order value.
No cancellations will be accepted after 48 hours.
Approved refunds (after the deduction of cancellation fees) will be processed within 14 working days.
5️⃣ Warranty and Returns
All Wooden Homz furniture is covered under a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Customers should inspect products upon delivery and report any defects or damages within 48 hours.
Returns or replacements will be handled at Wooden Homz’s discretion based on inspection.
The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, misuse, or damage due to improper care.
6️⃣ Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights — including trademarks, logos, designs, and content — are the exclusive property of Wooden Homz.
No reproduction, modification, or distribution of any content is permitted without our prior written consent.
7️⃣ Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Information Technology Act (IT Act), Government of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
8️⃣ Changes to Terms
Wooden Homz reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
If material changes occur, we will provide notice at least 30 days prior to the new terms taking effect.
Continued use of our website or services after updates implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
